| Best Practices in Representing Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Clients Wednesday, April 17, 2013 6:30 pm-8:00 pm This CLE program will provide an introduction to critical issues surrounding the representation of deaf and hard-of-hearing clients, including: accommodations laws; deaf education and culture; American Sign Language; hiring and using interpreters; access technology; and ethical considerations. The program is designed to educate, create, and launch a cohort of attorneys interested in representing this special community in a variety of different legal settings. Moderators: BRUCE J.
