| Back to School: Leaving the Practice of Law to Become a Teacher Tuesday, March 12, 2013 6:30 pm-8:30 pm Event has expired. Registration for this event is no longer available. Have you considered trading in the courtroom or the boardroom for the classroom? This program will explore teaching as an alternative career field. The panelists are experienced attorneys who will discuss their career paths both as lawyers and, currently, as educators within the New York City public school system. The discussion will also focus on the added value that a law degree and related practical experience can provide in transitioning to the teaching profession.
