In an increasingly competitive marketplace and with an economy still unsettled, most law firms recognize that they cannot continue to practice as they have in the past and expect to thrive in the future. Women law firm partners must transform themselves and their firms in order to succeed.
In this highly interactive workshop, women law firm partners will be shown the tools to develop a fundamentally more proactive, disciplined approach to managing their work to meet client and firm expectations. The program will focus the discussion on understanding what LPM is and how it might apply to your practice, learning how leading law firms are embracing LPM to operate more effectively, and applying project management approaches on a hypothetical matter in an experiential session.
Participants are encouraged to bring their business cards to facilitate this networking opportunity.
