Event Calendar

Life has been difficult this week for many of us, and possibly even more so for many of our clients. We will discuss different possible ways to work internally with these difficulties, and in particular learn a practice of mindful listening which may be useful in our practice, especially now.

Speaker: Robert Chender is the founder and former director of the Contemplative Lawyers Group, and has been a mindfulness teacher for over 30 years. He is counsel at Seward & Kissel. The evening will consist of guided meditation practice (no experience necessary), a talk, and discussion. The previously announced speaker, Judi Cohen of WarriorOne, is unable to attend.
