Dr. Hans Jochem-Luer, L.L.M., a dean of the German bankruptcy bar, will present on various issues related to extraterritorial jurisdiction, dispute resolution, bank regulation and bankruptcy law. Topics covered will include discovery, service of foreign summons, and recognition of judgments. Dr. Jochem-Luer is an esteemed German bankruptcy attorney who has handled many high-profile matters, including leading the bankruptcy effort on behalf of the Herstatt bank.
