China’s ascent to new heights of wealth and power is reshaping the global legal landscape. This distinguished panel opens International Law Weekend with a wide-ranging discussion about the effects of China’s rise. It examines the impact on human rights, international environmental law (including climate change), capital markets, international security affairs, and on lawyering itself. Reception to follow.
