Often attorneys take clients for granted, forgetting to pay attention to the big and small initiatives that make clients feel appreciated. This session focuses on quick, easy and inexpensive ways of communicating with clients so that they feel valued. We will discuss a variety of initiatives from communication guidelines to invoices to ways of sharing knowledge.
