The second part of a two part symposium will address how addictions impact the lawyers, the forensic experts and the Court in a custody case and provide a construct for what we can and should be doing when one or both of the parties are afflicted with some form of an addiction. Hypotheticals will be utilized to engage the panel and audience in an interactive discussion.
