This CLE program is designed to re-examine best practices in Article 10 proceedings by having five seasoned Family Court professionals give their five most critical insights, practice tips, and ethical considerations when litigating a Child Protective Proceeding. Family Court Practitioners will find this program useful as it will provide indispensable advice from the perspective of each of the parties involved in Article 10 cases. Each of the panel members will speak for approximately 15 minutes to ensure a dynamic and focused program.
