Canned hunting – the practice of shooting animals within an enclosed area – is controversial even among hunting organizations. A panel of experts will discuss the various legal and ethical issues surrounding canned hunting as well as consider reform bills pending in Congress and the New York State legislature, including their objectives, likely effectiveness, and possible economic impacts.
