| Law Week Public Forum: How to Prepare and Succeed in a Civil Court Action Thursday, May 3, 2012 6:00 pm-8:00 pm Event has expired. Registration for this event is no longer available. This program will provide guidance for self-represented litigants on filing and responding to lawsuits and presenting relevant evidence. The panelists will focus specifically on cases involving family law, consumer issues, and landlord-tenant law. After the panel discussion and audience questions, volunteer lawyers will be available for individual consultations on issues in these areas of law by appointment (212-626-7373) and without appointments on a first-come, first-served basis.
