New Proposals to Regulate Brady Disclosure: A Panel Discussion

The program will address proposals that seek to formalize the procedures by which parties approach Brady disclosure. These include a pre-trial Brady conference, a Brady checklist, and statutory and court rules that define Brady material and provide a timeline for its disclosure.
