| New Proposals to Regulate Brady Disclosure: A Panel Discussion Wednesday, April 18, 2012 6:30 pm-8:30 pm Event has expired. Registration for this event is no longer available. The program will address proposals that seek to formalize the procedures by which parties approach Brady disclosure. These include a pre-trial Brady conference, a Brady checklist, and statutory and court rules that define Brady material and provide a timeline for its disclosure. Moderator: ALAFAIR S.
