Creating a Game Plan for Business Development
2012 Professional Development Workshop Series

This workshop will help attorneys to build a strong network that delivers bottom line results. The program will also help participants create a specific game plan to manage their networking and business development activity to ensure the most efficient return on their inĀ­vestment of time and energy. Specifically, the program will help attorneys to:

  • Identify specific types of relationships that could generate business results
  • Understand the problems they solve for clients and how to articulate their skills and expertise
  • Effectively integrate and balance marketing activities that produce the highest results, such as association events, article writing and speaking opportunities
