This first session in a three-session series will cover the client-centric understanding of clients, focusing on the whole client – their world from their point of view, rather than an understanding based on an accumulation of knowledge relevant to specific matters. This workshop seminar will enable participants to develop a 360° understanding of one of their clients, and then develop a targeted marketing strategy using that knowledge to gain more work from the client.
