The program will consist of 3 segments: (1) a description of the practical legal challenges facing American lawyers in international courts, (2) an analysis of the current legal issues being faced by the ICC and other international courts, and (3) a detailed analysis of the representation of victims before the ICC. 3.0 CLE credits will be provided to participants.
