| Representing Clients with Diminished Capacity: Ethical Issues Wednesday, October 12, 2011 6:00 pm-8:00 pm Registration for this event is closed. This course will focus on the professional conduct rules implicated in representing clients with diminished capacity. A legal ethicist and a mental health law specialist will moderate a panel of practitioners, who work with minors, elderly, and mentally ill clients, in a discussion of the attorney-client relationship in a variety of real-life scenarios.
