This course will focus on the professional conduct rules implicated in representing clients with diminished capacity. A legal ethicist and a mental health law specialist will moderate a panel of practitioners, who work with minors, elderly, and mentally ill clients, in a discussion of the attorney-client relationship in a variety of real-life scenarios.
