Event Calendar

This program will provide an update on statutory and case law affecting domestic survivors, with a particular focus on legal developments over the past five years. For attorneys who represent survivors or who are simply interested in the latest advances and setbacks for these clients, this program will cover expanded access to the Family Court, the addition of sexual assault offenses under Article 8, and the availability of a cause of action under developing tort law.
