Women partners are skilled at negotiating on behalf of others but often fall short when they negotiate for themselves. Led by Carol Frohlinger, this interactive session provides essential guidance you can use to reframe what you do and how you do it. More specifically, you will learn:

  • why being a “nice girl” will hold you hostage to others’ needs at the expense of your own
  • how to build the relationships that matter
  • how to set boundaries and manage expectations
  • how to prepare for and handle push-back
