| Representing Clients Before New York City Administrative Tribunals Thursday, June 3, 2010 6pm - 8:30pm Event has expired. Registration for this event is no longer available. Learn how to represent clients effectively in City administrative tribunals such as the Office of Administrative Trials & Hearings ("OATH"), the Taxi & Limousine Commission ("TLC"), and the Environmental Control Board ("ECB"). Panelists include administrative law judges, agency attorneys, and lawyers who practice before City tribunals. This program will provide a comprehensive overview of the hearing process from how the agency prepares its case, and how to prepare for a hearing, to what to expect in the hearing (including the burdens of proof), presentation of evidence, what to expect from the decision, and appellate rights.
